Memberships

FULL MEMBERSHIP ($299.00):

A full membership provides you access to the pool, clubhouse, and recreational areas (basketball courts, playground, volleyball area, grills, etc). You receive two free rentals of the clubhouse per year (one in season and one in the off season). When you join, you will receive bands for each family member living in your household or a minimum of 4 bands per house to wear when you are inside the fenced area of the pool. Bands must be worn when inside the pool area at all times. If membership is paid prior to May 15th, then individual will receive 20 free guest bands.

Full Guest Memberships are available ($299.00); however, they must be referred by a full resident member.

FULL SENIOR MEMBERSHIP ($200.00):

A full senior membership is reserved for those individuals 65 years of age or older. It provides access to the pool, clubhouse, and recreational areas (basketball courts, playground, volleyball area, grills, etc). You receive two free rentals of the clubhouse per year (one in season and one in the off season). ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP ($75.00):

An associate membership provides you access to the clubhouse and recreational areas (basketball court, playground, grills, volleyball court area, and horseshoes). If dues are paid prior to May 15th, then the individual will receive one free swim day for their household.

ASSOCIATE SENIOR MEMBERSHIP ($50.00):

An associate senior membership is reserved for those 65 years of age or older. It provides you access to the clubhouse and recreational areas (basketball court, playground, grills, volleyball court area, and horseshoes). If dues are paid prior to May 15th, then the individual will receive one free swim day for their household.
